The closing ceremony of the "Šibenska Grandeca" event took place on the evening of March 6 at Trokut.
Just before International Women's Day, this event, which highlights the importance of "WOMEN" and their work and dedication, was held at Trokut—a place that pushes boundaries and promotes values that contribute to work and life in Šibenik.
The ninth "Šibenska Grandeca" award went to Ivana Bulat, who won the prestigious title in competition with five other remarkable women from Šibenik. These women have contributed to the local community through their professional work, dedication, volunteer efforts, and other activities, pushing boundaries in their own right.
Ivana was visibly thrilled and surprised when she was announced as the winner. She believes that her volunteer work with victims of violence played a key role in her recognition. A highly versatile woman, Ivana is a Master of Economics, a psychotherapist, and a dedicated volunteer.
The competition included other exceptional women from Šibenik: Ivana Šimac Mehić, Maja Gulin, Lorana Antunac, Milena Tanfara, and Antonija Vukičević.
The expert jury that selected the winner consisted of Dino Karađole, Željko Krnčević, Dinko Škevin, Ksenija Bilan, Živana Podrug, and Diana Ferić. Diana Ferić, president of the Volim Šibenik association, co-hosted the award ceremony with Živana Podrug.
