Diana Mudrinić graduated from the University of Zagreb in 2014 earning a degree in political science cum laude. After completing her studies, Diana continued her education in public politics at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and in the summer of 2015, successfully earning a degree in EU political analysis. Since her student days, Diana has worked at Hrvatski Telekom and T-Mobile Netherlands, where she covered numerous areas such as sales, project management as well as corporate strategies and planning.

During her studies in Amsterdam, Diana completed an internship working as a Legal Assistant at the Court House as part of the International Court focused on crimes against humanity that took place in Indonesia in 1965. In 2015, she participated in the „Geoffrey Nice Foundation“ Master Class on law, history, politics and society in the context of crimes against humanity and genocide. She was an intern in the European Parliament as well and during her life in Brussels, Diana was the founder of an association dealing with migrant issues.

After completing her internship in the European Parliament, Diana returned to Croatia and became involved in the startup scene as she started working in the first coworking space in Zagreb called HUB385. During her work at HUB385, she developed and implemented the HUB385 Academy, secured various sources of funding, led

Brave New World, the largest regional tech fest and participated in various work panels and workshops.

During her work at HUB385, Diana was an active member in a group responsible for the Development Strategy of the Urban Agglomeration in Zagreb for the years leading up to 2020, as well as in the group responsible for Information Technologies of the Croatian Employers’ Association.
